Positives: Better than average materials are used throughout the home. Show more Negatives: As an upcoming builder this smaller developer lacks the ability to deliver a complete product. A word of advice would be to not take possession of any property without thorough inspection inside. Comments: If you are looking to purchase a sound home then this small developer is a good choice. Be prepared to be faced with some challenges. Customer support is lacking as they are busy fulfilling future home purchases. Don't be surprised to have to use your Tarion Warranty or even may end up with a small legal suit. It's a shame that a company who prides itself in doing better quality work and puts their name behind it does not place more emphasis on customer satisfaction on post delivery. Show less
