On time delivery, very few deficiencies, and most important for me as a buyer: they register their Condo VERY quickly, not causing owners to sit in occupancy periods for extended periods of time. 5 Stars Show less

Positives: None really, to be honest. Some of the design. Some people try to do a good job but then they get fired. I guess satisfying the customer is not one of their goals. Show more Negatives: Structure, layout, finish, customer service, quality, completion, communication, professionalism, too expensive for the quality, the list continues.. Comments: They do not have reliable quality control. The core trades seem to be good, but once it is finished nothing is square, even, or hung properly. Things are missing, A LOT of things,m months and years after the house is completed. Trying to get anything done is awful, you are better off doing it yourself, and I bet that is what they hope for so they can save the money. We are still waiting for almost 70 things to be finished and there is no indication that they are going to be even acknowledged. If you want to try to buy a house from them, which I don't suggest, definitely do not give them all of the money until they have completed the house 100% or they will disappear and even legal threats and actions don't bring them back to the table. Positives: Some nice people work there. That's about it. Show more Negatives: The worst quality control and customer service you could imagine. Comments: Townhouse not finished for closing date. Several months later ... still not finished. Getting trades out to the house next to impossible. Much work substandard and they see no problem with that! Would NEVER consider buying from this builder ever again. Lucky I have pictures of some of the work because no one would ever believe some of this shoddy work. Show less
