Positives: Developer really is tacking care after construction is done Show more Negatives: it was delay but developer compensate with additional work on units Comments: true it was delay .. however for a good reasons ( bird nests on trees that prevent cutting trees on time and cold seasons) . Contractors from this builder doing amazing job on 1 month warranty and 1 year warranty. They want to make sure owners are happy. Really amazing job !!!! Show less

Positives: None Show more Negatives: Very poor management; poor communication; Graywood representatives seem to be insulated from communicating with owners ; only possible to reach secretaries who do not address complaints adequately. Comments: Occupancy was allowed in Nov./Dec. or 2014 - Building remains unregistered, and would-be owners forced to pay inordinately high occupancy fees. Many ongoing problems - many parts of this "new" building look old and shabby!!! e.g. dirty windows, unpainted areas, scarred door casings, door handles on common areas loose, elevators with broken tiles and siding, holes in wall beside light fixtures, unit #'s identified by green masking tape being taped to doors. Amenities were not available for several months despite our high occupancy fees. Show less
