Woodstone is a beautifully designed development located just outside of Dallas in Ferris, Texas. We aim to build a vibrant community through the balance of a respectful preservation of nature and convenient access to the thriving city of Dallas. In 2018, the idea of a master planned community just outside the rolling hills of Dallas was conceptualized. Our community will pair the beauty of Texas country with the modern conveniences and activities families rely on. At full buildout, Woodstone will offer a piece of wide open paradise alongside numerous trails, stocked ponds, pools and event spaces expanding out from our beautiful community center. As of 2022, Phases 1, 2, and 3 of Woodstone have been planned. Phase 1 is in full swing, and includes a stocked pond with a fountain and 82 lots. Phase 2 has been submitted to the City of Ferris, and upon completion will include 63 lots and a small park with a playground. Phase 3 will feature townhomes and a retail area.
