Waterfront is a master planned, mixed use community in downtown Calgary along the Bow River and offers 19,213sf of retail amenities to serve the residents of the 1,000 homes within the community. Waterfront is a master planned, mixed-use community currently being constructed on the banks of the Bow River in Eau Claire, where Prince’s Island Park meets Chinatown. The 5.2 acre site is being transformed from the former home of the Greyhound bus barns to a sophisticated downtown community, combining the best of urban living with nature on the doorstep. Tower 1 and 2 are completed and occupied while Outlook, the third phase at Waterfront, is sold out and set to complete in early 2015.
