Negatives: No Gym
Comments: I'm a Realtor and have never seen a better layout for 770 sq ft than the 1+Den I'm living in currently in this building. When you walk in, you can tell right away that a lot of thought went into the design, from the hallways, exterior, etc... Worsley did it right. Every unit I've been in has lots of natural light and the interior finishes have a great look to them.
If you don't want to live in the Beaches, IT Lofts is very similar on the West Side of the city and Totem Condos coming soon to the downtown core (bigger building, but after living here, I'd trust Worsley to do it right)
