Positives: Show more Negatives: Cheating On Selling Materials For Monthly Maintenance Fee For Townhomes Comments: Just be careful to deal Westlane Homes when you buy house from this builder. Our monthly maintenance fee got increased 100% after we closed a townhouse. The purchase materials stated the monthly maintenance fee was $90 but after we closed the deal. The property management company sent us a letter after 2 days if closing the house that there is 100% increase in the monthly maintenance fee to $198. It explained that Westlane Homes under estimated the monthly maintenance fee on the selling materials. It is a cheating scandal to me. Westlane Homes made the monthly maintenance fee looked low and more attractive in order to sell their houses easier. More careful to this small builder when you buy its homes. Show less
