Comments: We bought our very first new build with Wastell back in 2022 and honestly the whole experience was awesome. Our realtor from the A team was super on top of things and explained everything so we didn’t feel lost, and we closed right on time in December. Adam, the warranty guy, was great. Super detailed during the PDI and made sure we understood everything, and even the little stuff we brought up at the 30 day walk though got fixed. Honestly can’t say enough good things about the whole team, it all went way smoother than we expected and we’re just really happy to be in such a nice house in a great neighborhood.
