Positives: Show more Negatives: Highly unreliable and unresponsive developers. Worked with many developers before and understand most of the process but this has been a nightmare. Comments: Was told June 2022 completion but then was pushed back. We were told due to covid, supplies were scarce to obtain. That is fine. Delayed from one month to the next. The terrible judgement on when they could obtain the supplies. October 2022 deficiency walkthrough. Listed items still not fixed after possession (Feb 22,2023). Continued delay - was told BCHydro has stalled them. Early December, I asked to get a waiver to move a big item I had at my parent's place because it was causing my parents inconvenience for the past 5 months. Had to follow up MULTIPLE times in order to get it from the developer in LATE JANUARY. Continued to delay the completion date but this time said it was the city pushing them back. Contract deadline was for January 2023, but they acted on force majeure to end of April. Told developer I had to be out of the country from end February to end of March and asked for help. Said it wont happen. It did and did not try reply to help when we reached out multiple times. Show less
