Positives: dev management customer service and responsiveness

Negatives: build quality, labors, property managment, long wait for deficiencies to be addressed
Comments: Issue with basement toilet plumbing causing all the water to drain instantly and making a loud clunking sound randomly through out the day and night.
I had several issues with the build that I reported to Tarion within the first few months which is to be expected from any developer but it took a few more months for someone to even come to review the deficiency list with me. And by that time I was fed up and fixed most the quality issues myself.

bent oven door causing a gap when oven door is closed

Management hired, Percel Inc. took 9 months replace our garage door remote - unresponsive and rude.
But developer management Jeff and Allison responsive and polite.
