Positives: dev management customer service and responsiveness Show more Negatives: build quality, labors, property managment, long wait for deficiencies to be addressed Comments: Issue with basement toilet plumbing causing all the water to drain instantly and making a loud clunking sound randomly through out the day and night. I had several issues with the build that I reported to Tarion within the first few months which is to be expected from any developer but it took a few more months for someone to even come to review the deficiency list with me. And by that time I was fed up and fixed most the quality issues myself. missing paint gaps between the wall and baseboards gaps causing cold drafts on the main door frame heavily dented front door unfinished plumbing to the dishwasher bent oven door causing a gap when oven door is closed mangled rangehood filter Management hired, Percel Inc. took 9 months replace our garage door remote - unresponsive and rude. But developer management Jeff and Allison responsive and polite. Show less
