Positives: It’s a nice spot just outside of town. It’s right along the waterfront trail system and a short walk to the lake Show more Negatives: The development has serious defects. It was never done right from the start. Nothing but issues both inside the home and to the exterior Comments: I’ve never seen such a poor job. I can’t see how this build got approved by the worn. Nothing was done right. They have redone interior items 3 times. Now they are ripping off the exterior stucco and finding black rotted boards. These units are 2 years old. They are trying to repair them but often just create new problems or try to cheap out on the work. It’s disgraceful and no one is helping us. Not the town, not tarion Show less
