Positives: I liked the outdoor look of the house and I was satisfied with the layout . Show more Negatives: the prices are to high Comments: When my husband and I started to look to buy our long sought after Bungalow we were sorely disappointed .we have tried to save and had a good down payment , Our hopes for the home that we wanted and needed have been dashed I think the only people allowed to buy a home are those who have multiple pay cheques coming in and that you builders and the government have become very greedy , and you want to make sure you drain the life blood out of people. I am not a young I am 61 and I have health issues this was to be the dream home we have worked for but greed has ruined it for us and for others who had hoped to buy!!!!! I would still recommend this builder because it is not entirely his fault........... Show less
