Positives: Show more Negatives: PT Blooms Development the Juliet caught fire less than 30 days after they began to sell these condos. Buyer beware. Comments: PT Bloom has to be one of the worst developers in DC. On 11/17/2022 at approximately 7:30 pm the Juliet caught fire less than 30 days after they began selling the ten condos (no parking) ranging from 400K to 1.3 million. From beginning to end, the entire planning and construction process was a nightmare for the neighborhood and owners of the adjacent properties. Show less
