Positives: The price point was decent. Show more Negatives: An absolute nightmare dealing with this developer. Would never buy Pollyco again. Comments: Project was a year and a half behind schedule (somewhat standard for condo developers but added to frustration). Dis deficiency walk through for pre-completion in July. By Sept, unit was still not ready. When we finally closed mid September, items from the deficiency walk through including huge chip in floor, cracked cupboard, paint dings, shoddy tiling were STILL not fixed. Took another two months of CONSTANT begging to have someone complete these items. Unit was left an absolute mess after we had taken possession each time a contractor came in to work on deficiencies that SHOULD HAVE been fixed in July before closing. Dust and garbage every where. Wrong cabinet colour based on colour scheme, no BBQ quick connect even though it was in contract, no AC vent even though it was in contract, no USB chargers in electrical ports, no 220V EV charger plug in in parking stall, brushed nickel instead of black hardware. No advisement of these changes. All contractual not fulfilled. So many more. Show less
