Negatives: materials, workmanship
Comments: Mid-rise building downtown Toronto, with full height windows. Used lowest quality windows by Allan Windows (now BV Glazing). 10 years in it's impossible to find replacement spline and it's disintegrating from moisture (which shouldn't even be there). I'm not even sure there was argon in between those 2 glass panes. Would never buy this place again.
Another con is the stucco ceilings, which by the way they still use in their newer developments (ie 440 Adelaide finished a couple of years ago).
Everything we've replaced (appliances, lighting) has exposed shoddy workmanship such as switched wires, unfinished corners, garbage leftover in places you wouldn't expect.
