Positives: True Waterfront. Building quality is amazing. Top of the notch. Best view and development in North Vancouver. Good for families. Walking distance to everywhere. Show more Negatives: This building is high end. Not affordable for everybody. Comments: I can access the seabus very close which is great when I am coming back from an evening downtown. Don't need to drive to go downtown. The best view at night with all the city lights. Show less

Positives: Cascade is at a great location with an amazing view. I really like the cultured community, & closeness to great restaurants and the seabus. Show more Negatives: You need to be a real millionaire to live here. (Could also be good for our community) Comments: Great quality build. Again excellent location! Amazing downtown view especially on the south side of the building. And the penthouse is incredible! You can see the water, downtown, & Stanley park. The view during the day is great but the view during night is unparralled. Beautiful. Show less
