Positives: Show more Comments: Very disappointed in the quality of the workmanship of the house. Uneven poured concrete floors. walls not squared. In the front hallway, you can see that the wall has a bow in it. In the backyard, there are sinkholes around the septic tank. Hot water takes about 3 minutes to reach the kitchen, a lot of water wasted waiting. Being that it was a pasture they could have leveled out the backyard. No tree shrubs whatsoever. The counter is separating at the base of the backsplash (caulking). The sidewalks that were just put in, (which should have been done before the houses were done) have caused a lot of issues with the sod. Done horribly. It has not been put back as they found it. Cracks in the driveway. not even a year old. The walk-thru was very rushed. I would never recommend or ever deal with the builder again. Show less
