Positives: The building has a great design on the exterior and common areas Show more Negatives: The builder forces you to move in into the building way too early with construction and dust all over the building for months after you get the keys Comments: The builder gives you the keys and forces you to start paying rent way too early while a lot of construction is still going on, for months after. It makes your life miserable for a while. The builder has a horrible customer service manager! She is very dry a sometimes rude. They delivered a malfunctioning microwave that they never repair or replaced and after 1 year of complaining now they said that the warranty is over and I should contact the manufacturer. Also, the closet in the foyer is ridiculously shallow and they also refused to fix it as they claimed that this was part of the plan, even if when they sold me the condo no one has ever told me that. The unit was delivered with many flaws that took several months to fix it. The floor installed keeps creating gaps between the boards and they say that is "normal". Show less

I sent her many emails and she found the time to answer right away giving me piece of mind with the process of the finishing of my condo. Home was in a very dirty state, unsurmountable amount of cleaning needed. PDI was the day before closing date. Show less
