Positives: a quality built home, good value for what we spent

Negatives: had some delays on building and moved in a little later than we would have liked
Comments: Purchased and move into a home last year. Condo appears to be well constructed and quality materials were used. Had a couple small workmanship issues noticed at walkthrough that were quickly corrected. Salesman was very respectful and worked with me and my needs to find home that suited me. Overall a very good experience and would be happy to buy another condo or home from Landmark.

Negatives: Poor quality .. Floor vibrations poor sound proofing
Comments: We paid for a top floor elm unit, the inside look great but we paid for the top so we would never have to worry about hearing people above us.. Not only do we feel the people below walk everywhere , we can hear them and vice Versa .. Alberta home warranty came to review and didn't even bring any tools to actually deal with the acoustics. We feel like we have to tip toe around our unit to be considerate of our neighbors.. Many owners are having the same issue and also tight parking under and above ground.
