Positives: Location! A beautiful smart townhouses for everyone. Show more Comments: It’s a beautiful place for my family. We have been living here for almost 2 years. It’s close to the Aquatic centre, schools, malls, banks, hospital, fire station and many more! My kids and I enjoy going to the Aquatic centre for swimming lessons and or just swimming. We love going out for walks during the day or night. We have lots of beautiful parks and trails which is close to home or couple minutes of driving. Great restaurants, shops in the mall, gyms and many more! Close to lots of schools and walking distance to the brand new school (opening, January 2021). It’s minutes driving to WhiteRock pier, Crescent Beach and US border. We love the community and the friendly neighbourhood. Definitely a great place to call it home! Show less

Positives: Great location, quality fixtures and construction, excellent layout Show more Comments: When we were looking for homes three years ago, we looked at a few new townhouse developments but the unique design, facade and the layout of Switch townhomes initially attracted us to consider purchasing a unit here and we have no regrets! The home we bought in this complex mid well ventilated, open and airy, The ergonomic design and well utilized interior space makes our unit ideal. The material used in construction is of great quality which provides excellent dwelling solution. Furthermore, the the bedrooms are spacious which I have not seen even in some detached homes. Living area has high ceilings and is spacious open concept space which gives a feel of a detached house. One other positive feature of this development is that it is a small complex and provides a community feel which all look for in a townhouse complex. If someone wants to move here, we would highly recommend this development either for investment or for your primary residence for a long term. Show less

Positives: location Show more Negatives: everything Comments: The site manager has removed my previous review so I'm writing this again. This developer has no phone number no website and no office. So good luck with finding them if you want to. I've moved in for half a year now and the garage is still unfinished.(They say they will finish the job after we move in, but they never did) And we find some more problems when we move in (like the door is not closing fully, the shower door has no water proof, the door has strange sound when open and close, the high tech they advertised did not offer, etc. ) The only person we dealt with is Suniel, who is missing for a few months now. Despite the fact that the phase 2 is still building, they've already ignoring us. I wonder what if the project is all finished. Seriously, do not buy from them if you are not a lawyer or you are not used to record your phone call, write down every article. They will rip you off if you don't put things in writing, put a timeline, and a penalty for not doing it. Show less
