Positives: Nice looking home, nice trim and other included features. Some items repaired/many not(as yet anyway). A few freebies to compensate all the issues with this home. Show more Negatives: Not the quality expected for the calibre/price of home. Will update review once when and if builder remedies issues ( Comments: No home is perfect however here are some examples of what we received for nearly a 1/2 million dollars...bad trusses causing wavy ceilings, no caulking on some exterior windows (only caught at my expense with home inspection), leaking garage, leaking faucets (under the vanity into the cabinet x2), warped walls, warped/sloped floors, wavy cut to $4000 quartz countertop to match wavy wall, lousy drywall work, paint runs, dirt in the stain(floor railings), several heating vents hanging several inches into basement (not fastened to main floor), basement ceiling height 4 inches shorter than promised, walk-out doors in basement too close to beam to allow for casing molding, many errors in initial billing/design process (have to be diligent to get what you paid for), off- centre pot lights over fireplace (corrected by myself),slanted bulkheads (x2), large gaps between trim/wall around several windows etc. Builder relies heavily on Tarion allowances on many items (very minimal standards) Show less
