Positives: Show more Negatives: Manipulative/lack of ownership Comments: Bought a home in stonegate park last year and is currently being built. I have never had this many problems with a builder nor has any of our friends and family. I have been lied to, manipulated and deceived. I’ll give some examples: 1. I had been told that my house would include the limestone front before purchasing the homes. After giving a deposit and getting to my first decor appointment I am told no this cost an extra $10000. Even though this stone and show a picture of the house with the price listed. 2. They told me my house would fit on the lot I paid a premium for only to find out they modified it to be skinnier without telling me. Then moved me to a “wider” lot only to do the same and then told me to contact me lawyer as they can build is smaller. 3. They will not tell you how much any upgrades cost until you put a deposit down and you don’t get a driveway. you don’t get a light in the living room. You don’t even get grass as standard to name a few. Stay far away! Show less

Positives: Nice area, build quality is good Show more Comments: Lived here for about a year, and haven't had any issues except for people parking in my driveway... but they put up signs which helped with that. Show less
