Comments: Our home is beautiful. The finishes are absolutely stunning - nothing was missed with the design and development of The Morrison. The layout is much bigger than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise coming from a larger house. The living space is perfect for my family, warm and inviting and has a huge kitchen island that is easy to gather around. 10/10 would recommend. Looking forward to spending evenings on the rooftop patio looking up to the mountains and down to the ocean.

Comments: We love all the beautiful finishings and features in our new Morrison Townhome, especially the water views from the marble Master Ensuite, high-end kitchen appliances and the rooftop terrace! There is an abundance of natural lighting throughout due to all the oversized windows. Even the separate lock-off unit has been finished to very high standards and with lots of light. We are really proud to be owners of the Morrison which has been built to LEED gold certification.

Negatives: The neighbourhood is still being developed (lots of blank plots of land), but once completed the ambiance and community will be great!
Comments: All new builds will have minor deficiencies, doesn't matter who the developer is (small or large). What really matters is the service afterwards, i.e. how quickly are deficiencies addressed, ease of reaching the developer, how well organized they are. Creo's customer service stands out as being top notch, they are easy to get a hold of and immediately address deficiencies, questions or concerns. This was not the case when I purchased a new condo from a large, well known developer (Qualex-Landmark). The attention to detail at The Morrison stood out compared to other developments in the area, lots of thoughtful additions like the strawberry patches (which have a self watering system), having a full door to the rooftop patio instead of cheaper "hatch" doors, air conditioning, etc.

Comments: I'm currently a owner of the their pilot project the "Morrison" Everything that was promised during open house was exceeded expectations. The quality and the attention to detail was different than many other developers around the city.
Andrea + Harold who are the developers have always helped right away and fixed anything that needed attention. Also great people to deal with!
Location of the Morrison is also one of the many reasons why I purchased the unit. 2km to the shipyards, lots of microbreweries and local hidden gems around the North Shore. Being an active young person. There lots of running trail and hikes around the area. The Morrison doesn't have any gym amenities but lots of local private gyms around the area to make for up (Sweat + F45)
I would recommend the next project "The Morrison on the Park" to any of my friends and family. I am also still considering upgrading to a newer unit in the second project as well.
Loving my new home. Come CHECK them out!
