Positives: Upgraded appliances, Practical layouts, Modern Design, Thoughtful Artwork Show more Negatives: Narrow hallways, Noisy common area Comments: I viewed this property this weekend and was encouraged to write a review from my agent regarding my opinion. The condo unit I viewed was a 2 bedroom unit on the 32nd floor. The appliances and layout were unlike any I've seen in Toronto. There is a storage area within a walk-in closet, and the washer/dryer behind the other closet door, which was really interesting. I like the floor to ceiling windows and the large balconies. All appliances were built in, stainless steel, brand name, and the price for the unit is fairly reasonable too. My agent showed me how the units are still appreciating in value so I may consider purchasing a unit to live in and rent out in the future. Show less

Positives: Ultra-Modern, Chic, Design built into every part of the condo, All stainless steel appliances, Feels like a hotel, Well maintained, Floor to ceiling windows, Large balconies, Great location Show more Negatives: A bit smaller than I expected. Comments: The Tango building at Concord Park Place was inviting with friendly staff. The parking lot was filled with Porches, BMW's, and other luxury vehicles, so I had some high-expectations the moment I walked in. I'm very impressed by design of this place and I think it's one of the few places I've seen where they actually took notice of all the small details, making the building as COOL as possible. From the illuminated art on the wall, in the hallways, even on the ceiling, to the unit tags, etched into a block with the Concord symbol on it.. it just makes me feel like I'm in some kind of fancy hotel. It's pretty stunning. I'm already imagining my friends' reactions when I bring them to check out my new condo. :D Show less
