Positives: Ok building Show more Negatives: Property management is poor Comments: I lived here for about a year. Building is ok but you are in Etobicoke. And property manager was unresponsive and essentially brushed off complaints about noise. Security will knock on the door and ask them to be quiet which is nice. But don't expect the property manager to do any effective following up. Heard from multiple people in the building they've had the same experience. One couple even had to move out because nothing was being done about their hard partying neighbors, even though the condo rules prohibit related noise at all hours. So if you are looking for a quiet place you may want to try somewhere else. If you are looking to party... Show less

Luxury living at its finest. This building has amazing finishes, amenities and is very well built. With valet service, 24 hour concierge and everything and anything else you can imagine, who could ask for more. Show less
