Positives: Nothing! Show more Negatives: Dishonesty and many hidden tricks we discovered after taking ownership of the property. Comments: I would not suggest this builder to anyone. The unit had nothing to do with what's on the pictures. Very very small and terrible design. They say two bedrooms, but I see one tiny baby bedroom and 1 den. This is insane. In addition to that, the level of dishonesty with the hidden fees is insane. Show less

Positives: None Show more Negatives: Small development has been under construction for multiple years without much progress Comments: After 2 years they just put windows in. I’d be concerned about the subfloors and walls which have been exposed to multiple seasons of weather. Not sure if the developer is having money issues, but most new build homes are constructed in 6-8 months not 3 years of active construction. Show less

Positives: Purchased unit 3 years ago. Received 5 delay letters in ten month period. No builder updates. Exterior particle board framing showing significant signs of rot/decay visible from road. Extremely slow.
