Negatives: Failure to fix construction defects still under warranty
Comments: I have a unit in another Bosa Building, The Legend. They refused to fix my problem under warranty claiming it was not a structural defect. My kitchen counter is slowly falling. There is a 5 foot crack in the granite that is up to 3/8 " wide in places. This is not a separation
from the wall. It is a crack in the granite. It is slowly getting larger all the time.
I reported this to the Local Bosa representative within the 10 warranty period.(SB800 California's Construction Defect Law.
They sent a construction person out to inspect it. A few days later they sent me an email
saying that is not a construction defect. What else would it be. I certainly didn't cause
a 5 foot crack in granite.
I am extremely disappointed in Bosa. This problem along with other problems in the building
is a nightmare.
