Positives: Show more Negatives: BEWARE! They charged us 200k extra even with capped development charges. Comments: Currently pursuing legal action and getting the HCRA involved. The company is fraudulent, and abuses their power. Even when capping development charges, they charged an extra 200k in closing, refused to elaborate and told us to “try and sue” them. Do not buy anything from them, go with a real developer. Do your own research too! Show less
