Positives: Neighborhood and overall look of the house Show more Negatives: Black Pine itself: horrible company that is best avoided Comments: One of the first to plunk down a deposit, which basically entitled us to months of ineptitude and being strung along as more expensive homes were built first, dishonest statements were made, mistakes were corrected, and we were generally disabused of any positive feelings toward the builder or process. End product might be acceptable, but the ways clients are treated (misled, misinformed, manipulated) is unethical. If you go in, go in with a lawyer. Show less
