Positives: I was excited at first... thats a positive Show more Negatives: All downhill after we handed over the money. The builder is a scam. Damaged items in our home were never repaired. The builder made empty promises to fix things and never did. Comments: The worst home buying experience we have ever had. This builder is dishonest to the point where it is criminal. The manager lies through her death about repairing things and builder codes. She should not be in the position she is in. Show less

Positives: Good view. Show more Negatives: Poor supervision resulting in poor workmanship throughout!! Cheap materials. Constant problems with elevators, floods wreaking damage on units, etc., etc., etc. Poor lines of communication. Comments: Never buy from this builder!!!!! Company very slow to finish build!! Show less

Positives: Good design, good floor plan, good location Show more Negatives: Design centre location, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON PDI Comments: I don't think the customer service was done professionally over the whole process with Mercer. and the fact that i was 2 days were given in between PDI and Occupancy made me feel very bad. I wish Beaverhall could really try to think where buyers are coming from and improve their service. Show less
