Positives: Show more Negatives: Sound transfer in Garden Suite is terrible. Comments: Requested a demo when looking at the show home. Supposed demonstration demonstrated little to no sound transfer from above. YAY! Sign me up! Not what I got - at all. I hear every dropped item, step, drag and running of children; as well as the heating that turns on. This unit is directly above the bedrooms. Being woken up by stomping at 1115 at night; and being disrupted while trying to work from home during the day is unacceptable. In no way do I think it is the people upstairs. I believe it is the construction. My regret is growing by the day. Supposed to be having a meeting with Avalon - fingers crossed they can fix this. I will update this review regardless of outcome.
