Positives: Show more Negatives: Poor customer service and management. Like to rip off residents and randomly charge additional fees Comments: High level: not one good experience with them so far. 1. Not professional at all in terms of fee estimation. All estimates written in the initial agreement are way off compared to the actual fees at closing. (i.e. 200% more parking management fee than agreed estimate in the signed contract; $240 administration fee for data entry when changing a car to park in the garage!!!) 2. A lot of surprising charges and fees here and there 3. The assigned management office is useless so that the company still has the control to the condo building 4. Majority of the main decision are made by its sister company Amexon Property Management, which also provided poor quality of customer service. Show less
