Positives: Great Location Show more Negatives: Shoddy building - poor workmanship, poor materials and not built as set out in the as built documents. Comments: There are 4 buildings intros development. Three have confirmed serious leaks and are doing on-going repairs. One building is currently having to replace the entire exterior cladding due to missing materials behind the walls such as missing water proofing, gaps around windows, missing boards. As the repairs continue a lot of water damage has been identified including structural corrosion of support beams requiring balconies to be shored. In addition there are cracks in the HSS beams due to water penetration and damage. One beam has shifted due to water freezing and causing expansion Missing and corroded bolts on balconies. Show less
