Positives: The builder improved a lot having beautiful location and valuable amenities. To reach at height of the condo development industries, builder must take care for selection of electrical equipment.

Positives: high ceilings, nice gym, improving management, ample parking Show more Negatives: poor quality construction, poor quality elevators, poor quality craftmanship Comments: Aesthetically pleasing, but has many functional problems. -Lack of hot water during peak hours -Elevators constantly breaking down causing wait times of up to 30 minutes during peak hours -Water pipes burst and flooded multiple floors. This shouldn't happen to a building <5 years old -Potentially lots of maintenance issues in the future as building gets older. Get out while you can. Show less
