Welcome to Mueller

Mueller is one of the nation’s most notable mixed-use communities located in the heart of Austin, Texas. The 700-acre community is designed to be a transit-oriented and pedestrian-friendly model of new urbanism and sustainability. The joint project between the City of Austin and Catellus Development features residential, commercial and retail space, including a town center, regional retail center and several major employment centers. Mueller is planned for 6,900 homes (approximately half single-family and half multi-family) 25% of which are included in the Mueller Affordable Homes Program; 4.75 million square feet of commercial space including 750,000 square feet of retail space; and 140 acres of parks and open space. All development at Mueller is LEED®- certified or meets Austin’s highly acclaimed Austin Energy Green Building program.
