Set on a former golf course property, minutes from Yonge Street and bordering Bathurst Street, award-winning home builder Geranium is giving future residents of Allegro – its latest master-planned community – the best of what Aurora has to offer.

New cul-de-sac and crescent streets are woven into an established neighbourhood where trees reach above the rooftops. Almost half of the property is preserved as a park, trails, and greenspace for residents of Allegro and the broader community to enjoy.

At Allegro, timeless architecture combines with contemporary new home designs that reflect the way families live today, with both flexible, open-concept areas as well as private spaces which may include an office or a library. Floorplans range from approximately 3,100 sq. ft. to just over 4,000 sq. ft. with prices from the mid-$2 millions.

Lots at Allegro offer parking for up to 4 vehicles and a variety of 4- and 5-bedroom layouts. Buyers may choose custom options such as an additional cold cellar and a dog wash/spa. Each residence has oversized patio doors opening onto a covered backyard loggia extending the living space into the outdoors.

Allegro homes include deluxe features such as 10-foot main floor ceiling heights, gas fireplace and custom cabinetry with granite and quartz countertops. Gourmet kitchens have crown moulding, valance lighting, pantry, breakfast counter, plus a Miele stainless steel appliance package. Flooring consists of porcelain and ceramic tile paired with warm hardwood flooring and oak stairs.

Two furnished model homes are open now for viewing.

Geranium recently held a series of by-appointment Construction Tours at Allegro. These behind-the-drywall tours, led by construction experts, allowed prospective buyers to see construction items first-hand. Participants had the chance to see and learn about Allegro’s features – including raised heel trusses, draft protection, energy-efficiency techniques and materials, all of which add up to fewer service issues after move-in and greater homeowner satisfaction.

While Allegro is under construction, Geranium is giving back to the community by sponsoring cultural and family events in Aurora.

“In all the communities in which we build, our approach is to become knitted into the fabric of life,” Adeem Zubaidi, Geraniam’s marketing manager said. “We achieve this by supporting local events and organizations enabling them to continue providing residents access to an incredible range of activities,”

By the end of 2022, Geranium will have participated in Hello Spring, Cycle Aurora, and Haunted Forest as well as Aurora’s Chamber of Commerce Women’s Wellness Luncheon.
