If you’re looking to kick off 2022 with a new construction home, the Greater Toronto Area is expecting plenty of new launches.
From Vaughan to Georgina, there are a number of local residential projects looking to commence sales in late winter and spring this year. Even as inventories remain extremely low, demand for new and pre-construction homes is high, with 5,042 sales taking place during November according to the latest data from the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD).
