Toronto’s tree-lined Prince Arthur Avenue will soon have an elegant new addition with construction at 10 Prince Arthur set to begin. The boutique development by North Drive is now in the demolition phase as crews are onsite taking down the adjacent property at 14 Prince Arthur Avenue in the Yorkville-Annex neighbourhood.

The existing four-storey commercial building previously housed office space and an Indian fine dining restaurant on the ground floor. The new structure will be constructed on this part of the site, while the two-storey historic house at 10 Prince Arthur Avenue will be preserved and incorporated into the east side of the building.

Today, the property is fenced off as the commercial building is being taken apart and the historic house remains boarded up. Meanwhile, the presentation centre at 8 Prince Arthur Avenue is open and accepting private appointments by calling 416 670 3699. Visitors will have an opportunity to view a 3D scale model of the building, browse available floorplans, sample the refined finishes, and experience the attention to detail the developer says that they can expect in their own suites.

When completed in 2024, 10 Prince Arthur will feature an elegant, mid-rise residence designed by the renowned architect Richard Wengle, combined with exquisite landscaping by Janet Rosenberg, and luxurious interiors by Brian Gluckstein and Michael London.

The seven-storey design is characterized by clean, contemporary lines, sprawling terraces and carefully curated colour palettes. The building’s proportions blend well with the upscale Yorkville neighbourhood, incorporating the use of high-quality materials like masonry sourced from Denmark, Indiana limestone and a complementary Algonquin limestone from Northern Ontario.
