With the upcoming launch of a new luxury community, Geranium is offering large lots amid an existing, tree-lined and walkable Aurora neighbourhood.

Allegro is a premium collection of 159 detached homes set on large 52- and 61-foot cul-de-sac lots with prices starting in the $2-million range.

The leafy, master-planned community, located off Golf Links Drive near Yonge Street, is currently in the pre-construction phase, and home shoppers can register at allegroaurora.com to book an appointment for when the sales phase begins.

These spacious single-family homes range from about 3,100 square feet to more than 4,500 square feet and have four to five bedrooms and two- to three-car garages. Both two-storey houses and bungalows with lofts are available.

In all, there are 13 unique, upscale detached designs to choose from in three distinct architectural styles: Ontario Country, English Manor and Beaux Arts.

Features such as soaring 10-foot main-floor ceilings, large windows. SubZero/Wolf stainless-steel appliance packages and backyard-facing loggias are all available at Allegro, as per plan.

While luxury is standard, Geranium is offering possible upgrades including elevators, dog-washing areas, wet bars and coffered and waffle decorative ceilings.

While downtown Aurora — and its shops, restaurants and other entertainment — is only steps from Allegro, the community is also ideally located for Toronto commuters. Highways 404 and 400 are a short drive away and so is the Aurora GO Station.
