Pacific Row is a finely curated collection of five luxury residences located in the heart of Washington, DC’s prominent and historic neighborhood, Dupont Circle. Expertly designed with the chic and sophisticated urban lifestyle in mind, 1713 S Street represents a central evolutionary element of the Washington, DC urban plan. Pierre L’Enfant’s 1791 plan for the city included Pacific Circle and construction began in 1871. In 1882 Pacific Circle was renamed Dupont Circle to honor Admiral Samuel Francis Du Pont’s service as a rear admiral in the Civil War.
