A major high-rise project in Toronto’s Main Square neighbourhood was recently sold to a new developer who intends to turn it into a high-rise rental community.

Now, another application proposed for just south of Yonge and St Clair could add another development to the local roster.

This week, a limited collection of condo-themed NFTs launched on OpenSea’s digital asset marketplace, called tdotcondos.
