Now, another new multi-storey condo building could claim Yonge Street as its address in the city’s Rosedale neighbourhood.

Typically, mega-tall high-rises are packed with hundreds of condos, but a recent building application near Yonge and Scollard streets is proposing only 79 units within its 61 floors.

Thanks to a development application submitted this month, Yorkville could welcome two new towers into its roster of luxury properties.
