Located along John King Boulevard just north of Highway 66, Ladera will be the premier retirement community in Rockwall, Texas! We’ve designed Ladera to build on the quality that has come to define the area while uniquely serving the needs of 55 and above active adults. Walking and fitness trails expand across acres of beautiful Texas hillside backing to a protected flood plain. The Hub (what we call an Activity Center) will feature an exercise room, a beautifully landscaped pool, and a lounge area complete with an outdoor grilling area. Ladera Rockwall will also include The Shack – a hangout space designed for just that – hanging out with your friends and playing a game of cards or watching whichever game is on.
