The standard layout of this home includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a dining room, an open concept kitchen and great room, and a two car garage. As you enter the Clayton II you are greeted by a lovely formal dining room with a stately pillar that boasts both elegance and openness to the rest of the home.
