PAINT
• Interior paint is acrylic latex in eggshell for walls and sprayed finish for all interior woodwork.
• Exterior paint is acrylic latex satin finish on wood surfaces excluding optional deck surfaces. Deck, as applicable, surfaces are not painted but are low maintenance all weather wood.
• Painted basement stairs are included in light grey.
