completion at 385 Broadway in Williamsburg.<\/p>\n<p>Located between Keap and Hooper streets, the six-story (with cellar) building has 10 apartments, with retail and community facility space on the lower floors. <a href=\"http:\/\/a810-bisweb.nyc.gov\/bisweb\/JobsQueryByNumberServlet?requestid=2&amp;passjobnumber=320156273&amp;passdocnumber=01\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external\">Permits<\/a> were filed April 2010 and issued in February 2014 for the horizontal and vertical expansion of the existing two-story commercial building at the site.<\/p>\n<p>Marin Nanca Architects is the architect of record for the 24,421-square-foot structure, as we <a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/2013\/05\/385-broadway-williamsburg-2.html\" target=\"_blank\">reported<\/a> last year (rendering <a href=\"http:\/\/marinarchitects.com\/projects.html\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external\">here<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>The developer, 385 Broadway Realty Corp., acquired the property in April 2011 for
