The low-slung properties were built around 1920. <\/p>\n<p>283 Graham Avenue is two stories tall; 285 Graham is a three-story structure with ground-floor retail space and two full-floor apartments on top. All the residences are three- or four-bedrooms. The offering includes a 1,000-square-foot garage with side access, as well as 4,500 square feet in air rights.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;All except one unit are month to month tenancy with expired leases,&#8221; says the listing.
