LCOR rental 250N10 has released its top-floor residences into the Williamsburg wild.<\/p>\n

Leasing has started at the fifth and sixth floors of the 234-unit development, including seven units with large private terraces and views of the Williamsburg Bridge.<\/p>\n

The terraced sixth-floor homes have twice the amount of outdoor space of comparable apartments in the neighborhood, according to David Sigman, Executive Vice President of LCOR. Most of the buildings around 250N10 are low-rise, allowing for unhindered views of Manhattan and Brooklyn.<\/p>\n

With interiors curated by Me and General Design, the top-shelf rentals have hardwood floors, plentiful closet space, stainless steel appliances, bathrooms with glass tile highlights and in-unit washer\/dryer. The seven units with private outdoor space range from one-bedroom to two-bedroom layouts, with pricing between $4,275 and $6,795. Nearly 60 percent of units \u2014 136 out of 234, to be precise \u2014 are leased at the corner development at Roebling Street and Union Avenue. The building officially launched this past April.<\/p>\n

In addition to the new top-level homes, the project offers a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units. Pricing for available rentals starts at $2,750 for a studio, $3,400 for a one-bedroom and $4,800 for a two-bedroom.<\/p>\n

This month marked the grand opening of the building’s amenity spaces, including a landscaped courtyard, cafe lounge with free WiFi, television and complimentary coffee, gym with cardio and weight room, resident lounge with pool table and furnished roof deck with a BBQ area.
