Charles Mallea is the architect of record.<\/p>\n<p>The development will include a day care on the first floor, attended parking for 34 cars, 21 bike parking spots and a residential lobby. The irregular corner lot at 810-816 Flushing measures about 9,700 square feet, and the site is currently occupied by a one-story commercial building, home to two stores. The most recent retail tenants are a 99-cent store and Flushing Deli &amp; Grill (<em>open 24 hours, fried chicken, hot &amp; cold sandwiches, breakfast, lunch, soda, cappuccino, coffee lotto, cigarettes, newspaper,<\/em> says the awning). No demolition permits have been filed yet.<\/p>\n<p>According to public records, the current owner is M G Paper &amp; Twine, which purchased the lot in 1986.<\/p>\n<div
