The architect of record is C3D Architecture.<\/p>\n<p>Rising 80 feet, the building will have storage, outdoor recreational space and full-floor apartments on the seventh and eighth levels. The developer is LGS Partners LLC, which acquired the empty lot in January for $200,000, according to public records.<\/p>\n<p>The development is on the same block as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/2013\/08\/east-harlem-gene-kaufman.html\" target=\"_blank\">two Gene Kaufman-designed projects<\/a>, also planned for vacant lots. 51 East 131st Street will sprout a six-story, 12-unit building, while 48 East 132nd will be home to a seven-story, 19-unit structure. 1916 Partners is developing those residences.<\/p>\n<div
